红色郁金香

*****

Hi I ordered flowers for Valentines Day for my Girlfriend who was visiting in Beijing. I ordered "Feelings Resonates". Valentines day came, she received a call from the delivery company as to when the flowers will arrive. The flowers did arrive on time, they looked great, just like the picture, good quality roses. The only hitch, there were supposed to be 36 roses and she had received only 32. Not a huge deal, but considering I was paying for a certain amount of roses, I am disappointed that she did not receive what I had paid for. Thank you, Richard

I am giving this company 5 stars....they complied with all they said they would do.... EXCELLENCE....!!! I THANK YOU.....I LOOK FORWARD TO DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU GUYS AGAIN

China flower 214 is very helpful and always help to fix issues if they arise my wife has never complained about the flowers I get sent. So thank china flower 214 your awesome.

Thank you for delivery on time. My concern is that the roses looked old and very brown plus opened up. My previous experience was very good quality of roses with the delivery on time as well.

Just wanted to tell you that the arrrangment to sent was not even close to what the deluxe flowers looked like in your ad. I am very unhappy with the arrangement. I wish I could add pictures to show you the flowers my wife received. Embarrassing. I will file a complaint with PayPal. Hopefully I can send pictures of your product and the quality of the flowers.
