Canadian here, with the right info I had no problem ordering it (around Noon China time) and having it delivered there within a couple of hours. She wasn't home at the exact moment but received a call and called back to get it easily! The only thing is the price is not the best & they added 5$ for "out of city delivery" but... what do you expect? At least it works, THE DAY OF! Thumbs up i guess.

Very prompt response pertaining to queries raised via email. In fact, the birthday gift was delivered to my hubby in Shanghai on a wrong date (an oversight - a day earlier) but they admitted their mistake promptly and offered to send another gift on the actual day on a complimentary basis.
