I live in Sweden, i contacted you trough your Live chat in the webbsite yesterday, and today my husband recieved flowers to his hotel in Kunshan. I am SO thankful for your fantastic service! All my love from Sweden :)

I have ordered flowers 6 times and had good results 3 times and bad results 3 times. In one case the flowers were junky and my friend was offended. They resent with another florist, but the damage was done. On the most recent order, they used the card from my previous order. Small mistake, but I wanted it to say Happy Birthday on her Birthday. I sent three emails and never got a response as to how they would resolve this. They never did. I am trying again next week. My 7th order in the last 6 months Last try. If the flowers, card and delivery are not accurate, this will be my last time to use this service. Please keep your fingers crossed for me. It seems like a roll of the dice whether everything is right or not.

Everything was fast but package was cheap ... I pay for deluxe package but my girlfriend got only like paper wrap package...she was not that happey after I show her what she supposed to get and even call the store to ask about it

Without words, my girlfriend received flowers without problems, the bouquet of flowers looks very fresh, as in the picture on the site. I will definitely order again!

Hope someone actually reads this. Just wanted to let you know the cake you had delivered and flowers to my wife on 1/2/13 were awesome. She and her family loved the cake... and the flowers were beautiful.. Again, thank you for the good service.. the cake was last minute order and you still deliverd on day requested.... Please keep using same florists for my requests.. For your staff a big Xie xie Ni...
