The real product should be close to your catalog image. I am very disappointed about the flowers color, totally different from the image I wanted. Product photo shows hot rose pink but my mom received very light beige pink flowers. I selected that color from you catalog for my mom on special purpose - to make happy lively spring atmosphere for an elder person live alone. Light beige/nude pink is romantic and soft, but that's totally different from what I want. Thanks.

Dear ChinaFlower214 Team, I ordered flowers in your shop 4 times over the last few months. So far I have been very happy with all my orders. The service is always good and fast and flowers were always delivered on the scheduled day (although sometimes earlier then requested). Most importantly my girlfriend seemed always very happy when she received the flowers. Unfortunately quality of shipped flowers was not always very good (as advertised). When talking to my girlfriend today she asked if I ordered in the same flower shop again, because some flowers are almost dead again. This was news to me, since she did not tell me about this before. So today she told me that all 4 times there were some or many almost dead flowers when she received them. Because my girlfriend did not want to badmouth my presents for her she only told me today. I would appreciate if you could take care of this issue in the future. Since I have been super happy with your service in general and since it is difficult to find a trustworthy online flower shop I am willing to give you another chance and will thus order with you once again on the next occasion. I was quite unsure about ordering flowers for my girlfriend in China and didn't know any good website until I came across China Flower 214. Really really impressive selection of flowers at a very reasonable price. The flowers were delivered in the allocated time slot (fantastic service, perfectly timed too) and with a handwritten note (such an incredible touch, really added that bit extra). Everything is fantastic and can't recommend enough, SAFE AND SECURE!
