I used the service before and it was ok taking into account that it is China, but not this time. I suppose another reason behind could be the various suppliers contracted.

There were much smaller number of roses and NO deluxe packing as I ordered. I am very disappointed but at least the flowers arrived at 8 pm on Mothers Day. May be too many orders for Mothers Day.
