I really wanted it to be send the same day because my family has an event next day and won’t be home. However I was not able to select the same day online because it was already evening in China. I added some additional requests although I didn’t really put much hope. Wow so impressive you did it! You delivered the flowers at the same night to my family! Thank you for such wonderful service!

If there is ever a change they are there with an immediate reply, even if it’s not considered “business hours” there at my hour here in the states.
