The flowers were a great price and they looked exactly like what was shown! Thank you, I am very happy with the customer service as well... they sent me several emails notifying me of where we were in the process and a personal email when it was delivered. Was great!

This was our first experience with this company. We ordered a Birthday cake from US to be delivered to mainland China and got charged via PayPal right away. When we sent an email to their customer service at service@chinaflower214.com and sale@chinaflower214.com to update a deliver date and asked for a reply to confirm the receipt of our request, no response! We called their hotline 020 3696 2293 many times, no answer! We tried to communicate with them via their Live Chat, no response either! Never ever use this company again!!
