She wasn't home at the exact moment but received a call and called back to get it easily! The only thing is the price is not the best & they added 5$ for "out of city delivery" but... what do you expect? At least it works, THE DAY OF! Thumbs up i guess.

- Will***Outrageous prices, item delivered late, called the recipient of the present to ask them to change the item because it was out of stock. Do you have any idea what commercial practices mean? It it a PRESENT, and therefrom a surprise. Cherry on the top, the message with the flower was not delivered. Poor execution, awful service. Will never use again

我们提供市区免费配送服务, 如果配送地址不在市区范围内,我们会根据地址远近收取5到20美元的配送费.
主要城市支持当天配送服务, 非节日期间您可以选择配送时段,我们尽量会在3小时内完成配送. 但在节日期间我们只保证当天送达.
