Awesome and quick delivery

I would like to express my disappointment as to the service that I received from you company. I had request and paid for an additional red rose and a blue rose to be included in the package that I sent to my girlfriend. Imagine my surprise when she sent me a picture of the flower arrangement I had sent to her, minus the red rose and the blue rose. I understand that you try at every opportunity to provide the choices that are request. However, I see you had no problem taking my money, even when the service was below Average. Also, as an additional info, the two Teddy Bears in the arrangement were both female in female attire. I am male and my girlfriend is female. I wonder if your company will reimburse me for the additional funds I spent without proper service. Thanks!!! FOR NOTHING..... Jr. McLaughlin

This was my first time using ChinaFlower214. I placed the order on the morning of Mother's Day, thinking it would be too late for the flowers to be delivered on time. A few hours later, I received a photo of my mother in front of those beautiful lilies that I ordered for her. I am amazed and also very happy that my mother received my flowers on Mother's Day. Thank you for your help with delivering flowers. I didn't know the exact address, but customer service called and managed to know it by themselves. A little misunderstanding with additional flowers, but it's ok. Good job.

I placed my order on short notice and they were able to deliver the flowers I selected within 4 hours. They were quality flowers that made my girlfriend very happy. I will be using their service again.
