Ordering was easy and no complications. Delivery was on time.However, went I received the photos from the receiver, I noticed the chocolate in the order was Dove brand and not Ferroro Rocher as in the order. I have written to China Flower214 and at this stage I am still waiting for a response. The right thing to do is to send the correct chocolate today and apologise for the mistake.

Was expecting light blue roses with a fresh green motif (as shown in the picture). Instead we got depressing dark blue *painted* roses with dark green leaves. Also, strangely glittery for some reason. :-( We reached out to the flower shop and they said that's what the website asked for. I have been unable to get support from the website via the "live chat" option, and the website phone number doesn't work either.
