I ordered my flower a few days ago and they sent a wrong order to my friend and I sent an email to query. Within an hour they replied and this morning it's been redelivered again.

It is the second time I used their service, first one was great and lovely flowers, second one was very disappointed as I ordered roses and she received lily instead which is what she hated. I have written to the service and hope they will get back to me about this.

However, I am surprised that your company said they delivered the flowers there, where the company had moved somewhere else in Shanghai. Ordered early on Friday, flowers delivered midday on Saturday (Valentine's Day). Impressive service and all instructions & requests were correctly carried out. Only disappointment was the price for all flowers was increased on the day before Valentine's and a $10 USD "festival" charge for Valentines Day was added. The lesson here is order early. Overall very happy. Thanks.

I am very unhappy with your services for the following reasons: 1. You delivered the flowers without my message. No message, nothing at all. There is no impact in receiving the present. Please check your message system. Did you not receive my message? 2. The flowers look stale and are definitely not fresh. 3. I did not expect cheap Ferrero Rocher chocolates. These were not the chocolates on your picture in your website. 4. I thought I ordered deluxe packing. It certainly does not look like deluxe. 5. I am terribly disappointed.
