When we sent an email to their customer service at service@chinaflower214.com and sale@chinaflower214.com to update a deliver date and asked for a reply to confirm the receipt of our request, no response! We called their hotline 020 3696 2293 many times, no answer! We tried to communicate with them via their Live Chat, no response either! Never ever use this company again!!
