Yesterday I draw conclusions too quickly, after i saw the order was stated as delivered. After the problems with my password, I was dissapointed this also went wrong. When they did not reach her initially, they notified me and made their best effort to re-deliver the item, which they did! She sent me pictures and the flowers were beautiful! Great service.
