The worst customer service ever .. ordered flowers 3 days in advance and still delivered late at night which ruined my surprise I wanted to give my partner ... I am soooooo disappointed .. NEVER again shall I use this service... WARNING TO CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE CHINA: find someone more honest.

It's just this time i want to send her a fat/cute(like describe in the site) teddy bear that cost 67+10(shipping fee) totaling $77! And i'm bewildered on what she got... A cheap looking bear that you can seem to find anywhere else! I know it may look different a bit because of the area, but it's totally nowhere and i mean that, NO WHERE CLOSE to the one i purchased. I went to sent a complaint through cs and got bo freaking reply. Now i can't access live chat, after i sent out my complaint, live chat always say no officer online! Wtf! I'm so disappointed!!!
