It is a little difficult to find a reliable online gift or flower delivery service, especially if you are in the US looking for something special for someone in CHINA. They don't have the most modern website layouts and to the general user you might be nervous to try a service like this. But I am here to tell you, the prices are good, the delivery was on time, and the product was exactly as described. I could not be more satisfied. My partner was surprised and delighted by my gift. they also allow you to put in your own heart-felt message without a major character limit, so surely you can come up with a brief message they will print and send along with the flowers you order. you will get a high value out of this and most importantly your loved one, significant other etc.. will get their flowers as shown on the website, on time and for a good price. if you are in the US and looking to send flowers abroad...try chinaflower214!!!!! these days people are quick to complain but much less likely to commend a job well done. thank all staff and chinaflower214 partners :-

This is my first time sending flowers internationally. They were delivered in the time frame promised. The recipient sent me pictures and I felt the actual flowers looked much nicer that the webpage picture. I'll buy again.

I have sent a bouquet to my flower and the roses were not fresh. there were already dead rose petals. So i am not satisfied with todays delivery. gave 2 stars because the delivery was done within few hours.

First off I would like to thank the people involved in allowing this service to be available. I have only ordered once but everything was as smooth as it could have been. The arrangement was delivered within the recommended timeframe and was gorgeous! It couldn't have looked any better and exactly like the picture is represented on the site. My girlfriend was extremely happy with the quality and beauty of everything, as was I. I just ordered again on 520 day. I hope everything will be as beautiful as before.

I ordered a strawberry cake for my girlfriend for her birthday but instead, a tomato cake was delivered. The customer service officer said that there are no strawberries during summer in China. I ordered the cake because my girlfriend likes strawberries and she was upset when she saw tomatoes. There should be a note to customers to inform that no strawberries are available. We wanted to return the cake and get a full refund but was not allowed to do so. It was a bad experience with chinaflower214.
