I was finally able to surprise my girlfriend in Beijing this year with flowers on Valentine's Day! She was so happy when they were delivered. Your service is excellent and I really appreciated the way you kept me updated every step of the way as the flowers were delivered. It gave me peace of mind that my girlfriend would get them. My partner received her surprise and sent me photos I was absolutely happy with the flower / fruit basket arrangement.. such a professional presentation , and service . Been using this service for a while. Products look great and are delivered on time. Be aware that contacting customer service is practically impossible. I tried to cancel an order and pick a different product, but every time I got no reply to my emails, their chats were offline, and only on the last day somebody finally answered the phone. By that time it was probably too late to make any changes anyway. I expect a much better customer service for the price.

First time ever i had to send a present to China, so I was a bit aprehensive, bearing in mind that twice i sent letter and birthday card but they never reached its destination. I even put my order on hold for a week. Took the plunge and the day after i received a big thank you from my friend in Hainan, She had received it without any probs. Flowers were received at time, and they looked pretty beautiful. Also the delivery service was great, they contact my girlfriend in order to give to her the flowers since it was kinda hard to deliver it to her address. Great service!
