The person I sent the flowers to received them exactly as the add showed, I personally tought it was even better then pictured! The message I sent was a little bit bigger than a normal card and they sent it as well, which I didn't thought they would. Great service with a high quality product and on time delivery, I am really satisfied!

I was beginning to get concerned about China Flowers 214, because they said they delivered my flowers, but my girlfriend did not receive them. They said they tried to call her, but she did not receive a call. Then they tried to deliver a 2nd bouquet, and said they called her all day. They finally were able to deliver the 2nd bouquet, and we finally figured the mystery out. First, my girlfriend's phone was not receiving calls from them for some reason. It was the fault of her phone; not the delivery person or the company. Second, and this is really crazy, her roommate received the flowers 2 weeks earlier! She didn't read the note on them to know they were from me! So China Flowers 241 was right all along, but they didn't complain about delivering a 2nd bouquet of flowers. They maintained that "the customer is always right" even when this customer was wrong! I WILL DEFINITELY USE CHINA FLOWERS 241 AGAIN!

Very prompt response pertaining to queries raised via email. In fact, the birthday gift was delivered to my hubby in Shanghai on a wrong date (an oversight - a day earlier) but they admitted their mistake promptly and offered to send another gift on the actual day on a complimentary basis. I have used this delivery service 4 times in two different cities. I can't praise them enough. They are fast, and the flowers and cakes and packaging always looks like the photo! I am always impressed. This time I asked to change the roses from red to pink. And they did! It was perfect. And I have to say, there is something really fun about ordering a same day delivery in a country thousands of miles away from me. What a great world, and a great company. Ordered flowers for my girlfriend from Canada for Chinese Valentine. Flowers were very fresh and beautiful, excellent packaged. My girlfriend absolutely loved it! Will definately order more. A little bit pricy due to holiday pricing but it was worth it. Ordered at 11AM (China time) and arrived at 6PM!
