The staff at the hotel where my sister has stayed didn't speak English. Unfortunately, I don't speak Chinese. Thanks to employees of Online Support who helped me with the translation! Great service and delivery on time. Nice flower too. However, i had to pay an additional $US10.00 for an order on Valentine day. it would be much appreciated if it was mentioned at the brochure page while i shopped. Also, i was looking for the total cost in Australian dollar but could not find it. it would be nice to know the exact amount to be paid in the respective country's currency. Otherwise its all good. i will shop with you guy again.

So one day while playing the cat game Neko Atsume, this cat came along and gave me a brochure.. I was like what is this and clicked on it and brought me to this website. It delivered flowers in Beijing and was actually in English, so I decided to try it today.. I'm no good at picking flowers and this is my first time buying flowers online so I spent conservatively and also gave a pretty tight timeline, I ordered at 0850 hrs for a before 1200 hrs delivery, thinking that it will probably arrive in the afternoon if it was Singapore timing (well as long as not at night when she's not in)... they delivered on time! I am super impressed by this! EDIT: Oh and also apparently today is Chinese Valentines day. wowww talk about timing.. also there must have been so many orders today then! VERY impressed. Well done, guys!
