Ordered and received text on the delivery day saying I sent them the wrong number. I sent the number back and they were still able to deliver it on the intended day.

This time wrapping is kind of bad ya.. totally out of expectations. I supposed this is your standard during peak time.

Took a while for them to respond, but they did deliver the flowers on time. :)

Chinaflowers said that on Valentine’s Day I wouldn’t be able to choose the drop off time (because it’s so busy). So I expected them to be delivered at a really inconvenient time (which I didn’t mind). Turns out they delivered at 10am, so it ended up being a really nice surprise! Anyway, flowers were excellent and nicely presented. Definitely recommended.

Good the deluxe.. the flowers look exactly like in the photo. I didn't order the deluxe before and it didn't look like in the picture.. just looks kind of close like but not exactly.

HI there, Thanks very much for the efficient delivery. However the actual product's wrapping looks not matching with your posted in your website. The delivered one was wrapped with not nice paper but even charging more. If it is possible, pls find some local florist with nicer wrapping skill and wrapping paper next time. Thanks. Tracy

I sent flowers thinking they might not arrive at place or be artificial, etc. But to my surprise it was all ok. I recommend this site.
