- TS N***The real product should be close to your catalog image. I am very disappointed about the flowers color, totally different from the image I wanted. Product photo shows hot rose pink but my mom received very light beige pink flowers. I selected that color from you catalog for my mom on special purpose - to make happy lively spring atmosphere for an elder person live alone. Light beige/nude pink is romantic and soft, but that's totally different from what I want. Thanks.
- xue ***Was expecting light blue roses with a fresh green motif (as shown in the picture). Instead we got depressing dark blue *painted* roses with dark green leaves. Also, strangely glittery for some reason. :-( We reached out to the flower shop and they said that's what the website asked for. I have been unable to get support from the website via the "live chat" option, and the website phone number doesn't work either.
