The adress was wrong but they manager to deliver the order on the given date and time after phonecall
- Tomm***Delivery is fast. Very good send in within a day of order but item send and description on web page is slightly not the same. I ordered a 11 red white roses which said that come as a soft toy bear. But I have check with receiver. There is no bear.
- Wee ***They marked my order as delivered but the recipient never received them. When I sent them an email, they called the RECIPIENT and apologized to THEM saying they did not have time because of the workload today. So if I had not said anything, they would have just taken my money and not done anything. This is really poor service.
