Thank you very much for delivering flowers to my daughter in Beijing yesterday. The delivery was done with extraordinary persistence and professionalism. I did not have her address in Chinesee characters and was nervous about the English address being understood. The delivery driver and one of the head office staff went to great lengths to ensure the delivery was successful. On top of that the flowers were beautiful. Great service!

My order was delivered and I can say my girlfriend absolutely loved her roses. Nothing I like better than surprises and it definitely surprised her. She and the flowers are both gorgeous.
