33朵混搭玫瑰

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I know I was told that the flowers will be delivered on Mother's Day, but I never thought it'd be this late because my mom didn't receive her flowers until after 9:00pm on Mother's Day. And when she received them, the flowers looked totally different than the picture as shown on the website. My mom loves red roses and lilies so I ordered 33 red roses with 3 pink lilies for her but instead she received some white and pink roses with some random mixed flower in a basket. I understand there could be a shortage for the flowers during special holidays, but at least the customer should be informed if that's the case. Not happy with the whole experience.

I have just given my client a hard time by delivering a job rather late and she had to stay in the office late because of me. It was only fair I should send her some flowers. I was a bit worried as I have never sent flowers to someone halfway around the world. However, you guys made it as easy as if it was a delivery next door. Judging by how happy she was with it, the bouquet must have been stunning. And the fact that you delivered within 8 hrs of my order just blows my mind. Thank you very much for your excellent service. You were instrumental in salvaging an important client relationship. I will most certainly use your service again if the occasion arises. Greetings from Germany Paul
