Faster service than what i expected, thumbs up

This was my first time ordering flower basket online to deliver to Shanghai using chinaflower214 service. The flowers are for my mom for mother's day. The flower basket was delivered ontime. My mom was very surprised and happy. The flower basket was arranged beautifully and the flowers are in good quality. My mom took a picture of the basket and sent to me. It looked pretty much the same like the picture what I ordered online. This is a trustable florist. I would recommend this busess to anyone has a need of flower delivery service in Shanghai.

Love the complimentary stuff with cake and flowers especially the birthday crown and candles. Highly highly recommended. I am a regular customer and have purchased flowers from ChinaFlower214 many times. This time, I have to admit I was disappointed with my order. I had specifically asked for delivery to be done in the morning but the flowers only reached the recipient at about 2pm in the afternoon. My attempts to find out the reason for the delay was also frustrating. My email inquiry sent at about 11:45am was not responded, and there was no answer to calls made to the contact telephone number from your website from between 12 noon to 12:30pm. In addition the delivery status of the order was also not updated. Chong

I ordered Valentine's day flowers from the US for my gf in Beijing. Ordered around 7am China time the day of, and she got it around 11am. She loved them! Looked even better than it did in the pictures. This was really a great experience and the customer service was super! If I ever need to order flowers again I will be ordering from here! Thanks.
