I'm an American living in Chengdu. This was my first time ordering flowers in China so I was a bit wary, especially since I was out of the country on vacation. Everything went smoothly and I immediately received an email confirmation upon delivery. She sent me a picture of the bouquet and it looked great. Thank you!

Nice delivery and quick turnaround. My beautiful Chinese wife is always thrilled. Thanks for the good service.

Thanks so much for the beautiful roses!

I wanted to send flowers to a friend starting a new job in Shanghai. The ordering process was easy, and the communication from the site was excellent. They sent an email at every step in the process. The flowers were delivered within 24 hours, and the photo from my friend looked almost identical to the photo on the website. I was very pleased and will likely use them again.

Prompt response and took responsiblity in making sure that the phone number i gave was correct cuz my friend wasn't picking up. Also kept delivery to the specified time frame and was on time. Flowers were fresh and very pretty and my friend loved them very much. Would order again if I have to send flowers out again.

Thank you for the great service . Even my address wrong. on time delivery ,your guys are awesome .great job. But one thing, on the picture of website, on the teddy bear has no letter, on the delivered gift bear got I LOVE YOU, mean diffrent bear!!!.
