I have to give this company 5 out of 5 for their standards and performance.Today is Chinese valentines day,i didn't really know about it so i was panicking when i found out.It was already pass midday, I quickly came and ordered the flowers but on the order page there was a statement saying orders for the day have stopped even if you order now there is a chance it will not be delivered on this day but the following day.Knowing this i still had no choice better late than never. I sent the customer service an email asking them to please deliver it for me today,just trying my luck.They responded very quickly and told me they are processing the order and it will be delivered today.The ordered was then delivered within 3 hrs of me ordering.I am very impressed with the speed of delivery.I have used this company before but never on a tight deadline.This will be my go to company for flowers sent to china from now on.

The flowers delivered looked stale and were not fresh. Only lasted a few days - should change local supplier.
i have been a loyal customer for chinaflower, 2 cakes and 3 bouquets in 3 months?!... I'm pretty happy about these gifts and so my gf. It's just this time i want to send her a fat/cute(like describe in the site) teddy bear that cost 67+10(shipping fee) totaling $77! And i'm bewildered on what she got... A cheap looking bear that you can seem to find anywhere else! I know it may look different a bit because of the area, but it's totally nowhere and i mean that, NO WHERE CLOSE to the one i purchased. I went to sent a complaint through cs and got bo freaking reply. Now i can't access live chat, after i sent out my complaint, live chat always say no officer online! Wtf! I'm so disappointed!!! You lose a good one chinaflower...
