Good the deluxe.. the flowers look exactly like in the photo. I didn't order the deluxe before and it didn't look like in the picture.. just looks kind of close like but not exactly.

I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement online from Pasadena, California for delivery in Wuhan, China that day. The transaction was secured through PayPal so that part was safely handled. I had the phone number wrong!!! They immediately contacted me and from across the world got things straightened out without delay. The flower arrangement delivered was like the one pictured on their website. This is a first class service and I recommend them to anyone nervous about who to give the business.

The bouquet I ordered was supposed to be heart shaped, but the actual one was just abnormal round bouquet. Other than that,it was all good. I wanted to give three stars because the shape was not as shown, but instead I give four because of prompt delivery and good service.

Hi I ordered flowers for Valentines Day for my Girlfriend who was visiting in Beijing. I ordered "Feelings Resonates". Valentines day came, she received a call from the delivery company as to when the flowers will arrive. The flowers did arrive on time, they looked great, just like the picture, good quality roses. The only hitch, there were supposed to be 36 roses and she had received only 32. Not a huge deal, but considering I was paying for a certain amount of roses, I am disappointed that she did not receive what I had paid for. Thank you, Richard

I placed an order to be delivered to a friend in Shanghai while I was in the U.S. I made a mistake on my order info and the mobile site would not allow me to make the necessary changes. I had to let her know that I had placed the order and give her the information so she could contact them to make the necessary change to be able to receive the order. Surprise was ruined. But she did love the flowers and all of her coworkers were asking all kinds of questions. It turned out very good in the end.
