My daughter is in Shenzhen for a new job and we missed her Birthday this year. I thought about sending flowers, but was not sure what company to use since we are in the United States. I found chinaflower214 online and they had a wide selection of flowers with good prices and they would deliver on the same day (even on a holiday)! My purchase was very easy and she received the flowers at her hotel the same evening at the time I had chosen. She sent me a photo thru WeChat and they were beautiful! Just like the website picture! I ordered Valentine flowers for my girlfriend who was visiting in Beijing, flowers arrived on time, looked just like the picture, roses were of great quality, however the bouquet was supposed to have 36 roses, but there were only 32. Understandably a slight oversight on a busy day, but I mentioned it to the website. Next day, the missing roses and extra, arrived as an additional bouquet. Thank you, ChinaFlower214, the flowers were awesome, customer service top notch no questions asked, I would order again without hesitation.

My experience was great. I am not from China and I did not have the complete information of the recipient. Due to the problem faced, the delivery team made the necessary contacts with me and the person who received the flowers, and it was delivered with no issues. It is an expensive product, but the objective was reached. You guys helped me to give a birthday present to a important person. The only thing I would suggest is that the information I sent to delivery team, was exactly what I wrote at the moment of purchase. I do not know if they have access to it, but the surely should.
