I wanted to send flowers to a friend starting a new job in Shanghai. The ordering process was easy, and the communication from the site was excellent. They sent an email at every step in the process. The flowers were delivered within 24 hours, and the photo from my friend looked almost identical to the photo on the website. I was very pleased and will likely use them again.

One of your agent Called the Receiving person 2 Days before the date of Birthday Saying we have a Gift for you . This is not anymore a Surprise Gift. Second I wrote a Birthday message to be Placed with the Gift , This Card Message Was Missing. So ABSOLUTELY NOT HAPPY and I don't know if I ill continuer with you.

I ordered flowers and cake for my friend for his birthday. Payment was smooth and I got status updates promptly. Delivery was on time. The cake was very soft and yummy and was exactly how it looked in the picture. They were nice enough to include candles, a birthday paper crown and a sweet card with my message.
