I am very happy with the service - my wife received the flowers on schedule and was very happy.

The website is in $ and English so was easy to navigate, although it took a while to work out how to use the PayPal option. I requested a Friday morning delivery to a business, but annoyingly the flowers were delivered in the evening after office hours and the recipient didn’t receive the wilted flowers until Monday morning when she returned to work. I emailed the service dept with my complaint but didn’t hear anything back. I won’t use this company again.

Have been ordering flowers through China Flower 214 for a lengthy amount of time and have never been let down. All orders have been executed to quality and in time. Thank you!

Great service for ordering flowers for Shanghai! Prior to using this service, I had a hard time finding a florist to deliver flowers to my girlfriend in Shanghai. In the past year, I've used China Flowers 214 about 7 times, and every time they've delivered beautiful flowers, as pictured on their site, once even on same day I ordered them (actually, they arrived about 2 1/2 hours after I ordered them). I am disappointed that the cake was not delivered together with the flowers. The cake was delivered first without any note stating Who it is from so my daughter was unaware of the sender. I placed the order together for both. I would like a response to my query.
