I had the phone number wrong!!! They immediately contacted me and from across the world got things straightened out without delay. The flower arrangement delivered was like the one pictured on their website. This is a first class service and I recommend them to anyone nervous about who to give the business.
I initially ordered a cake which indicated on the order Whole China mainland as Delivery Area, but they told me the cake can't be delivered the day before delivery day, and didn't give me a reason for why it can't be delivered.
