Flowers were delivered on time, and in perfect condition. Cake was also in excellent condition. Packaging and card, along with other birthday related items included were a pleasant surprise. Value for the money and priceless reaction. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I placed an order to be delivered to a friend in Shanghai while I was in the U.S. I made a mistake on my order info and the mobile site would not allow me to make the necessary changes. I had to let her know that I had placed the order and give her the information so she could contact them to make the necessary change to be able to receive the order. Surprise was ruined. But she did love the flowers and all of her coworkers were asking all kinds of questions. It turned out very good in the end.

I order a plant for my daughter that lives in Shanghai and I live in the United States. Within 3 hours of my order the plant was delieved. Was not exactly as shown in display but I wrote and questioned and within 20 minutes issued was resolved. Honest company and will do business with them again.
