I ordered flowers in the evening in the USA, for delivery in Shanghai. They arrived about three hours after I ordered them. The delivery man drove a long way to make the delivery. Receive the email indicated items delivered, but after checking with recipient, items was not delivered on 19 Aug 2015. Rather disappointed. Email should indicated correctly and not misled the customer.
