Very prompt response pertaining to queries raised via email. In fact, the birthday gift was delivered to my hubby in Shanghai on a wrong date (an oversight - a day earlier) but they admitted their mistake promptly and offered to send another gift on the actual day on a complimentary basis. Thanks for the thoughtfulness and professionalism!

I put a WeChat ID of the recipent instead of a phone number, because I don't have the phone number. When I was proceeding to pay, nothing propmpted me that this is an unacceptable form of contact. It happened after I paid the money. The flowers were left at the security gate of the compound intead of being delivered to the recipent in her apartment. Now I have to ask the recipent to take the effort and pick the flowers from the security gate. It was supposed to be an apology! If I am making the recipent to take actions, the apology doesn't work. I have to add that the recipent doesn't speak Chinese and picking up flowers may be problematic. I don't know, if even any attempt was made to communicate with the recipent via WeChat. I am unhappy with the service. Next time I will choose a different service provider.

This was our first experience with this company. We ordered a Birthday cake from US to be delivered to mainland China and got charged via PayPal right away. When we sent an email to their customer service at service@chinaflower214.com and sale@chinaflower214.com to update a deliver date and asked for a reply to confirm the receipt of our request, no response! We called their hotline 020 3696 2293 many times, no answer! We tried to communicate with them via their Live Chat, no response either! Never ever use this company again!!
