My wife loved the flowers and she was very happy. The flowers are really beautiful and I also appreciate the prompt service and excellent customer care. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I was expecting the attached message to come in a nice card but it came in an ordinary paper, if you can improve this, then it's 5 stars all the way.

HI there, Thanks very much for the efficient delivery. However the actual product's wrapping looks not matching with your posted in your website. The delivered one was wrapped with not nice paper but even charging more. If it is possible, pls find some local florist with nicer wrapping skill and wrapping paper next time. Thanks. Tracy

I would like to thank for the beautiful bouquet that was delivered on time! The only concern I have is that I have ordered a bouquet of red roses, but arrived the mix of red and white! Which I personally like, but for somebody might not! Thanks!

thnaks for delivery! but there is one detail you should always remember. FLOWERS DELIVERY IS SPECIAL SUBJECT,WHEN YOU GIVE SOMEONE'S FLOWERS TO ANYONE IN OFFICE OR I DONT KNOW WHERE IT MEANS ITS NOT SPECIAL.SO YOU SHOULD DELIVER FLOWERS ONLY TO OWNER!!! REMEMBER, ITS NOT OFFICE DELIVERY

Store worked very hard to keep me informed of every stop in the process and immediately contacted me to work through an error that I made. I am extremely happy with the flowers as delivered and the personnel service provided is definetly above and beyond. Thank you
