I would like to comment in a positive way on Chinalfowers thank you for such a rapid and excellent service. My order was fast although there were a few roses missing from the bouquet that I ordered. On request Chinaflower corrected the order and sent out the missing roses almost immediately in the same day. I ordered at very short notice less than 24 hours in advance and the flowers were delivered on time and in excellent condition. This was my first time ordering flower basket online to deliver to Shanghai using chinaflower214 service. The flowers are for my mom for mother's day. The flower basket was delivered ontime. My mom was very surprised and happy. The flower basket was arranged beautifully and the flowers are in good quality. My mom took a picture of the basket and sent to me. Following the instructions on their website was quick, easy, and in English. There were even options as to a particular time period for delivery. I received a prompt email confirmation. Per my recipient, the delivery person called ahead of time to ensure she would be home (nice touch). She sent me a photo of the flowers and they looked perfect. She was extremely pleased with the healthy look of the flowers. I used the option to leave a message card with the delivery, and ChinaFlower214 had someone hand write the note. Another nice touch.
