I have been using this site sending flower and cakes/gifts to China for many years. They always deliver on time with great quality. There is one time my family in China wasn’t at the address when the flower was delivered. The delivery person made a special trip to ensure they receive the flowers. I am very happy with their service.

The delivery company was very rude to the recipient. Insisted that they send in the morning when the recipient told them she was having a meeting elsewhere and can only receive in the afternoon. They were very rude. I'm extremely disappointed

I am European and I needed to use these services. I am very satisfied and recommend to all.

Delivery is fast. Very good send in within a day of order but item send and description on web page is slightly not the same. I ordered a 11 red white roses which said that come as a soft toy bear. But I have check with receiver. There is no bear.
