I am living in Canada, first time user, I ordering the birthday flower for my mom in China a day before the birthday, it is got delivered absolutely on time and 100% same from the picture from the website. It’s incredible service and very convenient, easy to use. Will continue use in the future.

ordered flowers to be sent to Xi An the night before Valentine's Day 2016. Got a receipt and everything. Online customer service claims the flowers will be sent by Vday. It's already 6pm and still my gf hasn't gotten any flowers. Customer service hotline is uncontactable, online live chat has zero response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Girlfriend received her flowers without issues, it was a nice surprise for her and I'm happy with the service :)

Who said guys doesn't like flowers and cakes and surprises. Let me scream out loud "Men does like flowers/cakes(surprises) delivered to their office". I have sent flowers and cakes to someone special and he did say "I made his day". Flowers delivered were profoundly rosy and beautiful. Cake was yum. Service from ChinaFlower214 was extremely polite and satisfactory. I definitely would order from them again.

My experience was great. I am not from China and I did not have the complete information of the recipient. Due to the problem faced, the delivery team made the necessary contacts with me and the person who received the flowers, and it was delivered with no issues. It is an expensive product, but the objective was reached. You guys helped me to give a birthday present to a important person. The only thing I would suggest is that the information I sent to delivery team, was exactly what I wrote at the moment of purchase. I do not know if they have access to it, but the surely should.
