I requested a Friday morning delivery to a business, but annoyingly the flowers were delivered in the evening after office hours and the recipient didn’t receive the wilted flowers until Monday morning when she returned to work. I emailed the service dept with my complaint but didn’t hear anything back. I won’t use this company again.
