Due to this situation of Covid 19....me and my partner are seperated by 5000 miles ...due to her being native Chinese and me from Europe. Order ID - 2006142338477 Date of Order June 15, 2020 The flowers were delivered in a timely manner. But one day later most of the petals have fallen off. The Roses appear to be very old and fresh. I have ordered many times and the bouquet always lasts for a week. But this time only one day. I am so disappointed. Is a replacement possible? Thank you. David

My mom in Hangzhou received the flower basket and she's very happy to receive the flowers. THANKS!!!!! Unfortunately, I meant to send the basket to mom for Mother's Day and wrote the note Happy Mother's Day (in Chinese) included in my order, however, the flower basket was delivered with a "Happy Birthday" card on top of the basket.
