I thought this was a simple arrangement with a couple cute bears that couldn't be messed up, but when the flowers were delivered the female bear didn't have a heart. (The male bear did.) Clearly was not a good message to send to my girl. She wondered why I would send her a bear with "no heart". This is the second order in a row that was a problem. I'm paying a lot of money for this service. How can you make this right?
Delivery time was spot on and the flowers looked even better than the pictures.My wife absolutely loved the flowers, the packaging and all the care put into it.She said it was the best flowers i had ever given her.What surprised me even more was what the delivery person did.He not only delivered the package on time he even said happy anniversary to my wife, which was something i didn't expect.This made her day even more and she was beaming from morning till night.Taking countless pictures an posting them all over social media.I am extremely happy with this company and will use them for all my future flower purchases.10/10
