I asked many times why my last order cost 34 USD instead of 28USD without any explanations! for plain packaging! The roses were not beautiful this time, I ordered peach colour, but they were all different shades and some of them were fresh and some of them were not. I always order from your company but this time you really disappointed me by extra charges and bad quality of service and product

This is my 5th time I have used this company and this time they have exceeded ALL expectations. I ordered Roses early for Valentines Day, fearing a rush. The roses were delivered beautifully but unbeknown to me the recipient was off work because of the virus (because she had travelled). So the roses were left at her work but she was not allowed back there for another week. Chinaflower214 then arranged for a replacement bunch of roses to be sent to her home the next day. THANK YOU ChinaFlower you are amazing and I will continue to use and recommend you. Fabulous customer service.

This is a truly excellent service. Very speedy delivery and they keep you updated along the way. Five stars! I recommend this to everyone. My girlfriend was very happy with her flowers, and the delivery woman climbed up several flights of stairs to deliver them to her personally! I will be using again.

Dear ChinaFlower214 Team, I ordered flowers in your shop 4 times over the last few months. So far I have been very happy with all my orders. The service is always good and fast and flowers were always delivered on the scheduled day (although sometimes earlier then requested). Most importantly my girlfriend seemed always very happy when she received the flowers. Unfortunately quality of shipped flowers was not always very good (as advertised). When talking to my girlfriend today she asked if I ordered in the same flower shop again, because some flowers are almost dead again. This was news to me, since she did not tell me about this before. So today she told me that all 4 times there were some or many almost dead flowers when she received them. Because my girlfriend did not want to badmouth my presents for her she only told me today. I would appreciate if you could take care of this issue in the future. Since I have been super happy with your service in general and since it is difficult to find a trustworthy online flower shop I am willing to give you another chance and will thus order with you once again on the next occasion. yesterday I had a delivery and I listened as it was thundering and raining, and the delivery was mande right on time. thank you very much. My Wife showed me the Flowers I ordered for her. They were beautiful. She really loved them.
