I have been so happy with my orders and is a very trustworthy worthy site. I have paid my account through my PayPal account and one the 8th the money was transferred out my bank account. I ask iyou can check your account again. I am happy with your service but I paid and you need to get paid aswell. I have contacted PayPal and they said they would contact you. I paid additional to request for a morning delivery. to my surprise, right up until 5pm today, the flowers did not get delivered. I was not informed about this at all and my girlfriend works from 8am - 5pm. This was why i requested morning delivery. At 520pm, when my girlfriend was on her way home, then your delivery man called her. She had to go all the way back to office despite already being on her way home. I am really disappointed with the delivery service and time consciousness of this company. Last year, you delivered the flowers on the wrong date for my girlfriend too, which made her almost fell out with me and scolding me heartless for remembering her birth date wrongly. And not even a year has passed, this happened again. I really doubt the trustworthiness of your company. Really disappointed

We guarantee flowers in fresh and service in good quality. If not or we are not able to deliver to the recipient's place we will return 100% money back.
For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
Remind:
The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
