We believes in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to our florists and they have initiated the process of delivering them.
2. There is no cancellation of orders for same day delivery.
3. No cancellations are entertained for those products on special occasions like Christmas, Spring Festival, Valentine`s Day, Mother`s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
4. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
To request a refund, simply send us mail with your purchase details within 2 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 7 days period.
