Delivery time

Our delivery time is from 8:00AM to 9:00PM GMT+8(China Time). In principle, we don't promise to send the product at a certain specific time, such as 10:23,(we promise to send the product in the morning or the afternoon on X day, or before X o`clock) If you have such special requirement, you can choose " in time deliver fee ", we will send the flower at the time(+15minutes) as your request. But if we meet the inexorable reason to delay, such as traffic problem, can`t contact with the recipient, we will not responsible for it.

Notice: 
1. All orders to suburb, outer suburbs, remote suburbs or in holidays we only guarantee delivery in the day.
2. For cake, plant delivery, please order 24 hours before delivery, Please order two days in advance is best before important festivals such as Christmas, Spring Festival, Valentine`s Day, Mother`s Day and so on. 
3. For in time delivery, please order 24 hours before delivery and fill a time at Request Form when filling order on our website. In time delivery is not available on holidays such as Valentine`s Day, Mother`s Day, Chinese Valentines Day(Qixi Festival).
4. Special time charge refund, we refund any charges related with delivery time in two business days if we can not complete delivery at your expected time. 

Please note: Valentine`s Day, Christmas, Spring Festival, Mother`s Day, Chinese Valentines day and so on, on such important festivals we only can guarantee delivery in the day.
