Easy and excellent service from ordering to delivery....very well recommended
No fuss, prompt delivery. Just that delivery in China can be tricky due to lack of full details of address. This delivery could not get hold of my recipient, but left the flowers at the delivery address instead. I've used the services of China Flower 214 on several occasions and so far never failed. Am a happy customer.
My wife told me there were lilies but there were no red roses... there were supposed to be 12 red roses and 3 lilies and since I did the deluxe package you were supposed to give her more flowers which you did not to....the first I have your company send flowers to my wife in March of 2015 every thing was good, but now this florist that you use in Yantai does not deliver the flowers I want for my wife../..
While booking I was really no confident about the quality and delivery. But now after experiencing I am really really delighted by the service given by you guys. Cake was awesome and also flowers.. Thank you for helping out in making loved ones smile with joy and surprises ☺☺ Kudos team 👍
