I am in America and wanted to send flowers to my fiancee for her lunar birthday. I picked an arrangement and wrote a message care in English and Chinese. It arrived the next day as promised and it was exactly as I saw in the photo. The card was written exactly as I wanted. She was very happy and I am sure to be favorable to her parents. This was our first experience with this company. We ordered a Birthday cake from US to be delivered to mainland China and got charged via PayPal right away. When we sent an email to their customer service at service@chinaflower214.com and sale@chinaflower214.com to update a deliver date and asked for a reply to confirm the receipt of our request, no response! We called their hotline 020 3696 2293 many times, no answer! We tried to communicate with them via their Live Chat, no response either! Never ever use this company again!!
